2. Safety
3.National Level
4. A problem/issue that individuals/families face
5.This issue can affect individuals/families because the behavior of a Navy Reserve traveled many places where people noticed his weird behavior but no one ever brought attention to his behavior. Since the lack of concern and his emotional distress it caused the lives of innocent people at the Navy Yard.
6. My views on the issue is that we should start paying close attention to people of weird behavior especially if they serve in the U.S. Military. You never know what they are capable of doing or thinking, in this case he kept hearing voices everywhere he went. He encountered many different people who didn't pay him any mind but he should have been guided to some kind of counseling especially since he is in the military. Not sure if it was post traumatic stress disorder mixed with the lack of finances and friends. Plenty of people noticed his erratic behavior, was there anything anyone could do? I ask this question because if he would have receive the proper help or attention needed live could have been saved.
