Dallas City Council approves free shuttle service plan for downtown

4. This article is an "enacted" policy that has been passed to help with a problem/issue that individuals/families face.
5. This new shuttle service plan is important for individuals and families because it creates easier travel in the downtown Dallas area. Families and Individuals who are wanting to visit downtown can now be down will less of a hassle and it will not cost them anything.
6. My opinion on the new shuttle service plan is that it seems to be a great idea and will be a nice free way for people to travel downtown. I do think that there will be some issues that coincide with this new plan like homeless people staying on the shuttle during its running times and it could possible get really crowded. These are just possible issues that may or may not take place so I feel like the plan for the most part is a great one.
