4. A problem/issue that families face

5. This policy was enacted to help the people without health insurance to have protection. It is going to continue affecting the poor because they will not have the proper coverage they need for their daily needs.

6. The Obama Care Act has been very controversial since the very day it was proposed. It is even more controversial to think that the people who were supposed to benefit the most from it are not getting the help they need at all. The only people speaking against the bill are congress men and they aren’t necessarily doing it on behalf of the people, but for their own selfish needs.  I believe that the overall idea and intention of this policy was to help the less fortunate, but the government should reevaluate its terms. I do not think it is fair that because of some certain requirements it determines that some people are not eligible for the health plan. I feel that this program will be just as scandalous as the food stamp program. There will be many people cheating the system, but very few who actually need it benefiting from it. It is very difficult to initiate government programs that will actually help all of society. These programs need to be fully studied and evaluated to make sure that everyone is getting what they need. Another controversial fact that I have found is that according to the bill and this article some states  have the right to choose whether they will expand their Medicare or not.
